This is a project for Jeestip.id to enhance their services experiences.

The goal of the project is to ease customers in tracking the status of their purchases and allows service owners to more efficiently manage customer inquiries.

This project was built using the CodeIgniter3 framework and Bootstrap 5 using MVC design pattern.

Problem Statement:โ€‹

With the rise of China E-Commerce delivery services (such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, etc.) in Indonesia, customers often have to repeatedly contact the service owner to inquire about the status of their purchases.

Some of the questions includes:

  1. Why haven't the product arrived?
  2. Where is the product now?
  3. What is the AWB (Airway Bill) number? Can you help send it to me?

This can be inconvenient for the owner as they need to check personal notes to answer customer questions, and for buyers, it can be frustrating to not have quick access to information about their purchase status.

A solution that utilizes an information system would benefit both parties by allowing customers to easily track the status of their purchases and allowing service owners to more efficiently manage customer inquiries.

This could be done by creating a centralized system for tracking deliveries and standardizing the way that delivery information is communicated.

Challenges:โ€‹

Help service owners and customers to communicate their purchase status.
